🍼 Returns & Refund Policy

At Terra Baby Switzerland, it is important to us that you are happy with your purchase.
Because we work with international suppliers, special conditions apply for returns and refunds, which are explained transparently below.

🔁 Returns

You may return your order within 14 days of receiving it, provided the following conditions are met:

  • The item is unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging.

  • Personalized, hygienic, or discounted items are excluded from returns.

Returns must be registered with us in advance via email:

After your request, you will receive the appropriate return instructions.
Please do not send anything back before receiving our confirmation.

🚚 Return Address

Since many of our products are shipped directly from our international partners (e.g., within the EU or from other regions), returns may be sent either to our warehouse in Switzerland or directly to the corresponding partner warehouse abroad.
The exact return address will be provided after we review your case.

💰 Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are generally the responsibility of the buyer.

In the case of faulty, damaged, or incorrectly delivered items, we will cover the return shipping costs or provide a free replacement.

💳 Refunds

Once we receive and check your return, we will inform you by email about the status of your refund.
If the return is approved, the refund will be issued within 5–10 business days to the original payment method used.

⚠️ Important Notes

  • For deliveries from abroad, customs duties and import taxes (VAT) may apply. These are the responsibility of the buyer and are not refundable.

  • Delivery times may vary depending on the product’s country of origin (approx. 10–30 days).

  • If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours and include photos of the item and the packaging.
