At Terra Baby, we place great importance on ensuring that your order arrives safely, reliably, and as environmentally friendly as possible.
Because we work with international partners, the origin and delivery time of each product may vary.
1. Shipping Regions
We currently ship to the following countries:
Switzerland & Liechtenstein
European Union (EU)
For deliveries to other countries outside the EU, individual inquiries can be made via:

2. Shipping Methods & Partners
Our products are shipped directly from our international manufacturers and partner warehouses (dropshipping model).
Depending on the destination and product, shipping may be handled by:
Swiss Post
DHL, DPD, FedEx, GLS or UPS
National postal services within the EU
Logistics partners of our suppliers
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking link (if available).
3. Delivery Times
Since many of our products are shipped from international warehouses, delivery times may vary:
Switzerland & Liechtenstein: approx. 10–30 business days
EU countries: approx. 7–25 business days
In certain cases (e.g. holidays, customs processing, transport delays), delivery times may be longer.
We kindly ask for your understanding that we have no direct influence on such delays.
4. Shipping Costs
Exact shipping costs will be displayed at checkout before you complete your order.
Depending on the promotion or product, we may offer:
Free shipping above a certain order value, or
Flat-rate shipping fees depending on weight, size, or destination country.
5. Partial Deliveries
If you order multiple items, they may arrive in separate packages.
This is because our products are shipped from various partner warehouses.
No additional shipping costs will be charged to you.
6. Customs, Taxes & Import Fees
For orders to Switzerland and Liechtenstein:
For shipments coming from abroad, customs fees or import taxes may apply. These are the responsibility of the buyer and are not included in the purchase price.
For orders within the EU:
Our prices generally include VAT, so no additional customs fees apply within the EU.

7. Incorrect or Damaged Delivery
Please check your order carefully upon receipt.
If an item is missing, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at:

We will take care of a replacement, refund, or another suitable solution as quickly as possible.
8. Undeliverable Shipments
If a shipment is returned due to an incorrect address or failure to collect the parcel, any re-shipping costs may be charged to the customer.
