📜 General Terms and Conditions (GTC)

These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all orders placed through the Terra Baby online shop at www.terrababy.ch.
By placing an order, you agree to these terms.

2. Scope
These GTC apply to all deliveries, services, and offers provided by Terra Baby to customers in Switzerland and abroad.
Deviating customer terms are not accepted unless confirmed in writing by Terra Baby.
3. Offer and Products
All offers in the online shop are non-binding and may be changed or removed at any time.
Product images are for illustration purposes only and are not binding. Differences in colour, shape, or packaging may occur.
As Terra Baby cooperates with international suppliers (dropshipping model), products may be shipped directly from the manufacturer or partner warehouses abroad.
4. Orders and Contract Formation
By submitting an order through the online shop, you make a binding offer to purchase the products in your cart.
After submitting your order, you will receive an automatic order confirmation by email. This confirmation does not constitute acceptance of the offer but simply informs you that the order has been received.
The purchase contract is only concluded once we confirm the shipment or dispatch the goods.
5. Prices and Payment Terms
All prices are listed in Swiss francs (CHF) and – unless otherwise stated – do not include shipping costs.
Possible additional costs:
For international deliveries, customs fees or import taxes may apply and are to be borne by the customer.
Shipping costs are displayed during checkout.
Payment methods:
We accept the payment methods listed in the shop (e.g. credit card, PayPal, Twint, Shopify Payments). Payment is made immediately upon completing the order.
6. Delivery
Delivery is carried out, depending on the product, directly by our international suppliers (dropshipping).
Delivery times:
Typically 10–30 days, depending on the country of origin of the product.
Delays may occur due to customs processing or transport conditions.
Terra Baby assumes no liability for delivery delays caused by third parties (e.g. shipping services, customs).
7. Returns and Refunds

In general:
Returns are accepted within 14 days of receipt (unused and in original packaging).
Return shipping costs are borne by the customer, except in the case of defective or incorrectly delivered items.
8. Warranty & Liability
For defects or damages due to manufacturing or material faults, the statutory warranty provisions apply.
Excluded are:
Damages caused by improper use, wear and tear, or external influences
Colour variations due to manufacturing or screen display differences
Terra Baby is not liable for indirect damages, consequential damages, or loss of profit.
9. Data Protection
Protecting your personal data is important to us.

10. Intellectual Property
All content on this website (texts, images, logos, design, layout) is protected by copyright.
Any reproduction, editing, or reuse without explicit permission from Terra Baby is prohibited.
11. Applicable Law and Place of Jurisdiction
Swiss law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG).
The place of jurisdiction – where legally permitted – is the registered office of Terra Baby in Switzerland.
